First, this place is now called "Chillies". I arrived there at 3pm for lunch and there were almost no guests in the entire restaurant. Still the waiters took hours to get each order. Since I had ordered surplus, I asked them to pack the surplus food. They agreed and took the food inside and seemed like they forgot. Then I also was waiting for more than 10-15 minutes to pay my bill. Again they forgot! After getting my balance amount, I asked for the packed food. They were like.. oh is it? then went in and brought a packet after another 15min delay. I opened the packs later at home and was surprised to see very little quantities of the food in the packet. I had left a lot more. Seems like they forgot and threw away the food that I asked them to pack. Then in hurry, they packed whatever quantity they could lay their hands over in the kitchen. Disappointed by service.  Food tasted okayish.

Taste was good.. Menu also in reasonable range. Ambience also so so.. Not such a big or class restaurant. It's just like Hangout place with friends.

Had been there with my team and what an experience. It was a team gathering from morning till evening with the banquet hall blocked. I agree food is an important aspect to judge any restaurant, but over and above it is the kind of service that you receive which makes you come back to the place. And to my exceptionally excellent service, I would give the entire credit to the operations manager cum restaurant manager, Mr. Firoz. Thank you so much. Customer service is getting redefined through people like you. And the way you handle your staff and groomed them, hats off to you. Iam going to recommend the food joint wherever you work to whomever I know of.  Keep up the good work and wishing you the best.

Very bad experience we had with Tandooriwaala. We have ordered combo 2 which contains 2 naan, 2 chapati , half tandoori chicken, buna mutton, mutton Biryani, gulab jamun, coke at 599/-. But when we received the order there was only 1 naan 1 chapati, 4 chicken pieces, spoiled one spoon of ice cream. We were confused whether the order was ours or not. When we contacted restaurant, the person said half tandoori chicken means only 4 small chicken pieces and 2 chapati nd 2 naan means 2 cut pieces of 1 chapati nd naan. We asked the managers number nd the person didn't pick up after number of attempts also.
