Service - I wanted to give zero had the rating been available.Pathetic Service to start off, the staff dont have basic courtesy to your multiple calls to your menu/order/bill request.Most of the staff has got changed from previous visits, would advice Pizza Hut to seriously hire a good hr/consultant to get good manpower as most of the existing manpower are bringing sevice standards to new low. Food - Chicken Supreme Pizza was good whereas garlic bread was ok.

Extremely poor service. The staff hardly attends you and are lost in their own world. Plates are not kept on the table and when they do come its wet. No cutlery or tissues served. The food is standardized so no comments there. But the service is a huge turn off. Never visiting again.

Visited this pizza hut outlet in Inorbit mall . Ordered mojito blast and masala lemonade both of them were really great.Loaded potato was a disappointment.Spiced baked chicken wings came with hair in it.Asked the server to change it and it was changed.However hair in food is strictly a no no and shows unhygienic kitchen set up. There was hair even in loaded potato. Spicy paneer pan pizza tasted good. Over years , dine in experience for pizza hut has drastically fallen below expectations.

Just went in for a hunger savioir...i ordered marghareta pizza....but the service was late...any how it was compensated by the pizza...it tasted good...ambience was not that great...but the place was clean and neat...

Dominos has beaten pizza hut permanently on both product and service. We visited this place yesterday and ordered pizza, starters and drink. Most of it was average in taste. No water served. We were told that topping and cream is not in stock for Chocolate shake. So they will not offer complete product to customer, will not be apologetic and will not also give concession on price. Extremely indifferent manager. His attitude waa like eat or leave. Then we got Mexican italian pizza. When we finished half of it we realized one topping is missing. Red capsicum. Now let me tell the readers answer to the question of why all toppings are not there is taught to them during training phase. This is something pizza hut does intentionally. They will not tell you abt this in advance. Will not tell you while delivering product. And when you by chance discover and ask why? They will say the ingredient was out of stock. Again unapologetic about not giving complete product to customer. And this is not the first time i have heard the exact same answer. It has happened earlier in same outlet. They won't even offer you refund or concession. You will have to ask for it. And then they give you 50 rs off to shut ur mouth. Very sad on part of such a reputed brand to take customer for granted. And then they will not deduct that price in bill also. Again by chance if you discover that the promised discount is not given to you they will say that we will deduct during payment.
