Papa John is a huge chain of Pizzas which is trying to fit into the same league as Dominos and Pizza Hut. They have some wonderful offers on their combo meals. I, however find it too expensive and not worthy enough. Ambiance- The typical Papa John's Style. An open kitchen system. 4/5 Service- Slightly slow as they make everything fresh. They have an open kitchen system and hence you can actually see them making your meal. I will give them the benefit of doubt for the time lag of service as they serve very fresh stuff. 3.5/5 Food- I have tried the following in the food-: Papa Paneer Pizza- Looked very yummy. Was large and appropriate cheese. Low on toppings and the taste was bland. Wouldn't recommend it. 2.5/5 Cheese Sticks- Okay so this was like the cheesiest thing ever. If you are a hard core cheese lover, you may love this. For me it was average as I do not like excessive cheese, rather I prefer an appropriate amount of cheese. 2.5/5 Chocolate Mousse- Pretty good. Soft interiors and a hard chocolate exterior. Liked it. 4/5 Will I come here again? I will go in for Pizza Hut, Dominos and then Papa johns in that order.

Visited for office lunch. We ordered some combo offer for two of us. One medium pizza and some soft drinks. Service was a bit slow. Pizza was average. Little bit costlier compared to eagle boys pizza. Not recommended!

Been to this place,I can say few of their outlets are really bad.One in Hi-tech is still better. I Like their Garlic bread with mustered sauce apart from that jalapenos pops are good. but Pizzas are really bad :D

Highly inefficient!! We went to this outlet of papa johns for a take away as well as to dine. There was an offer going on of buy one get one pizzas. So we ordered a takeaway of 2 large pizzas( which is equal to 4 large pizzas according to offer) and 1 medium pizza(= 2 medium pizzas) for dining. First of all they took wrong order  which was medium in place of large pizzas, secondly they did not confirm the order before bill payment and thirdly, when we checked and told them about the mistake instead of admitting the mistake done by them they started denying and arguing that we told them wrongly. Mistakes can happen and this is common but they did not care of admitting them instead they were unwilling to cancel and refund. they dont have cancellation system which I think a restaurant should have. After that when we proposed to adjust the bill they were not willing to do that instead told to order fresh pizzas.  Yeah service is complete disaster. Unprofessional. The outlet also do not have such ambiance. Pizzas are good in taste however. +1.5 for taste of pizzas only.

Extremely poor inefficient service.Had ordered for large pizza , but was instead billed for a medium one.on top of that the counter guy even refused to admit that he made a mistake.They don't even have the provision to cancel the order or upgrade the pizza by charging the balance amount. Pizzas are OK , considering the relatively lower rates than dominos and pizza hut .
