We have been here a couple of times. The recent experience we had was far below standard. Long wait for the dishes to arrive. South Indian Thali was not good at all. No one to attend. This will be our last visit. Good bye Minerva.

Pros: 1) Prime location 2) Its veg and the food is tasty. 3) Service may be little late but still ok. 4) Cost is reasonable 5) Ambience is good. Cons: 1) Dont try brownie sizzler . Mine came with ice cold brownie which was hard and when i requested for change they burnt the same and gave it. 2) Sometimes no one may come to ask or take order for a long time and also the service post order arrival is not good. 3) Although staff is couteous but it can be improved. 4) Menu may look redundant on repeated visit.
