#ManagedMischiefs #MKitchen #ByInvite #Yuktha #Amaravati If you are an employee working around Hitech City then and are in a mood of having some Biryani along with a few starters and other dishes in main-course(Amaravati included) at a very 'reasonable' price, this is the place for you. Yes, 'M Kitchen' is a venture of 'Yuktha' and has opened recently in a food court named, 'The Treat' which is exactly opposite to Cyber Gateways. Another thing to notice here is that you have Amaravati and M Kitchen (both managed by Yuktha)  set up in the same window. So you have a choice here to order from both the Menus :) We had tried a few dishes from Amaravati as well as M Kitchen. Well, I'm gonna limit the review specific to M Kitchen though. M Kitchen has a new concept here. Unlike the regular biryani, they serve Live Biryani. Which means, the biryani that is being served at this place is not made in huge quantities like the usual ones. The Biryani Rice and Masala are cooked separately and brought here. The Masalas and the Biryani Rice is mixed in a cooking pan (picture attached) according to the orders placed and served hot.  From M Kitchen's menu, we've tried, 'Mughlai Boneless Chicken Biryani', 'Chettinadu Meen Biryani (Fish)', 'Paneer Tikka Biryani' and 'Prawns Biryani'. Again, as all these items are termed as Live Biryanis and are made right in front of you, you have an option of requesting to alter the levels of spiciness according to your taste buds. Among all the biryanis we have tasted, I was impressed by Chettiandu Meen Biryani and Prawns Biryani. Going by the prices I would  say that the quantity is a real deal breaker. On the whole, I would definitely visit this place whenever I'm around Cyber Towers and in need of a quick and a delicious bite.

Good Enough

Rated 3.5 by Raghav Peddi 'The Food Shaukeen'

This Biryani Kitchen makes you a live biryani at reasonable prices and the quantity should be sufficient for a single panda. Tava Chicken mughlai Biryani, Chettinad meen Biryani, Paneer Tava Biryani and Prawns Biryani were the variants that we have tried. All the biryanis are tava made and not cooked in traditional handi style. My Picks of the lot : Chicken Mughlai Biryani - adequate spread of spices and soft chicken pieces, tasted good. Chettinad meen (Fish) Biryani - I have never had a chettinad biryani before, but this tasted quite delicious and fish chunks were real good. There's still a scope of improvement in their biryani's given that I haven't found any special factor in any of the biryanis I have tried. Please do note that, these biryanis are not to be confused with our Hyderabadi Dum Biryani - else you would be utterly disappointed.

Great!

#FOODKHALIFA #ByInvite #ReviewMode #TastingSession. There is new place name The Treat food court has been started in the Hi-tech city opposite to cyber gateway. As it’s a food court with different kiosk model restaurant in the court was available. And we were invited by Micle Nellhaus from Yukhta. They have started the Kiosk model outlet under the name of M kitchen by Amaravati. The restaurant is completely based on Andhra and Telangana Cuisine. From starters to main course everything. Starters:          We had three wonderful and tasty starters Simhapuri Chicken 64, Kona Seema Kodi Vepudu and alankar chicken pakoda as starters. All the three were perfectly marinated with the spices and then it was amazing well cooked in tava with less oil. Main Course:  What can I say you about this homely style cooked dishes? The chicken curry was good but the mutton curry was the star and the parotta perfectly crispy and soft just like Kolkata Laccha paratha. Now we were served around 5 different types of biryani’s Mughlai Boneless Chicken Biryani, Amaravati Special Biryani, Chettinad Meen Biryani Paneer Biryani, and Prawns Biryani. Each biryani almost has different taste and texture. In some, the spices are dominating a lot or in some, the add-on side dishes were playing perfect combo roles to go on. As each region has their own unique style of cooking biryani but Andhra has almost more no. of the variant in this. Overall Experience:                 As the place is very much new just almost 2 months old it’s very early to verdict anything about this. But one thing I can say it is the place where we can have quick biryani of our taste palate adjustment.

#GastroHogger #ByInvite #ReviewMode #MKitchen #AmazingFood M Kitchen is a new food venture as a food kiosk inside The Treat in SBR Gateway by Micle Nellhaus from Yuktha. M Kitchen & Amaravati By Yuktha serve VFM authentic Andhra style delicacies at very competitive prices considering the food rates in hi-tech city and sill vouch to give the quality of food served. We were invited to review on their food offerings. Their menu is simple and all items are priced aggressively low where max item is 200 Rs for main dishes. We had Simhapuri Chicken 64, Konaseema Kodi Vepudu and alankar chicken pakoda as starters. Each dish was made swiftly on tawa fry basis to avoid excess usage of oil and also for quick cooking. All 3 dishes were very good in terms of right amount of spices and nice flavors all across. Loved all of them with konaseema kodi vepudu star of all. Then we moved on to have "Parotta tho mutton curry" and "parotta tho chicken curry". Both curries were amazingly cooked and mainly the mutton was so soft and succulent. The parotta also (kerala style) was fluffy and definitely nice and soft. Then I tried 3 variants of biryani or rather I would call them tawa pulaos namely Mughalai Bonless Chicken Biryani , Amaravathi Spcl Biryani and Chettinad Meen Biryani (Fish) Each one was distinct in flavor and mainly the live biryani variants were impressive. Though they are not your traditional dum biryani, they are something different and you might or might not get the flavors of it but I liked it as resembled to our style of biryani in Tamil Nadu. My top pick was chettinad meen biryani which used almost perfect blend of chettinad masala and fish was perfectly cooked and nothing over done. I'm might impressed with the quality of food served from a food kiosk where it gets very competitive in recent times and I can see this place doing good considering its pricing and location. Also the dishes are spicy but in a good way and more earthy than typical hot n spicy kind. All the very best Micle Nellhaus and I'm definitely coming back for more :)
