Ordered for some quick bites and it had been a long time we had KFC. Ordered for a a combo bucket of chicken, krushers and fries and hot wings . Fries were served cold and they were very hard, when we called the manager he changed it for us but it was just the same. Hot wings was the only thing that was good. Chicken bucket was very very bland, it was very difficult to finish it. Should really improve on your quality and service as well.

No complains about the taste but quality not that good. Chicken didn’t look fresh. Drinks were certainly good. Tried the new item and was good as well as fresh. The bucket chicken were a disappointment indeed.

KFC outlet in here is good but maintenance is somewhat poor. If want to talk regarding the food it’s good but not that good when compared to other outlets. If you want to eat good kfc chicken just go out to the other outlets. Prefer this if and only if you are shopping in the sujana mall and no scope of going out to eat kfc. Hopefully this review helps you to get an outlook of this branch ☺️ enjoy anyways

Terrible experience. Only one counter open was open, and they were not even accepting card payments. The order took 25 minutes, and the employees were not responsive. Overall, poor service and will not be coming here ever again.

Pretty bad service.. employees not very responsive. Delay time of 15-20 minutes. Not acceptable for fast food. Only one counter open in a big mall
