quantity is very less

I tried the Chocolate Oreo milkshake, here in, Keventers Forum Mall, Hyderabad. Taste: 4/5 Service: 4/5 I have always loved their milkshakes. This outlet is of Keventers is located in the food court area of FORUM MALL .

I ordered two Cold coffee. One came with half of a bottle. Can you imaging spending Rs 179 for half bottle? I was promised another bottle but the Management of Keventers did not know how to deliver it. This has not been the first time of delivering half half !! I am very frustrated. Very!!! I will NEVER order from Keventers in my life. If this is the way you deliver things. Your products are good. Your service simply sucks. Customers love the service with the product!! Lame reasons like- new workers, new management sucks. You are not a local shop. You are Keventers an international brand and you hire such people who cannot think of what happened. Shame on you guys!! Poor service. I would like to give 0 zero!!
