Hello Paratha does not know how to make paratha. corners of paratha exactly shows that it was stuffing placed between two tawa parathas. taste is not good as they charged for that. price is high and quality is very low. Waste of money

Till they were paratha house, they were doing pretty good. Once, taken over by Hello Curry their quality has fallen down a lot and Parathas are hardly parathas. The ordering has always been confusing and the curries are hardly edible to eat. Once upon a time My daily lunch (Parathas and Gajar ka halwa) used to come from paratha house, my friends used to mock me. I think they should really shut down this wing now!

I tried ordering from zomato and after I have spent 10 mins of time ordering and then waiting, I receive a call from hello curry call centre and they say that the menu is being changes and the selected items cannot be delivered!!!! If the said menu is changed I think it's responsibility of the management to change the menu in zomato too to reflect the same. Please stop wasting our time !

Had ordered online through foodPanda Two cheese pratha box. Now here is the interesting part. When you click on add you get a long list of parathas to choose from. And i chose aloo paratha , chilly capsicum x 2 and paneer bhurji. I received the order at 2:45 and immediately called food panda to tell them that there is no cheese in my paratha. Zomato representative told me that somebody from hello paratha will call me within two minutes. No calls. I called hello paratha at 3:45 and explained him the issue. He again said he will call me in two minutes. No call again. No surprise there. I called him again at 4:30 and guess what his first words were after i explained him the issue again. " i will call you back in two minutes" . Then the call was transferred to the owner of the restaurant and his words. Only if you order chilly capsicum or onion paratha then you will get chesse parathas other parathas listed under chesse partha box do not have chesse in them. even though we charge 20 rs extra. for them. How stupid is that. Never ordering again. Pathetic customer care service.

Not happy with quality. There was a time when this paratha was so great, but now it's not. I ordered aloo-pyaz and Gobi paratha. Paratha was little bit burnt. Aloo-pyaz was OK OK but Gobi paratha was too spicy. Not good as old days.
