While passing by my eye caught this beautiful dessert that suddenly took me to Christmas nights. So I had to stop by. I read the name and it said ‘Raspberry & Coconut Mini Loaf”. It’s basically a sponge cake that’s covered in Raspberry pulp or jelly, sprinkled with grated coconut and topped with butter cream. It’s delicious and melts in the mouth. It’s a must try. It tastes even better if you let it chill in the refrigerator for a while and then have it. Since it was my post lunch visit, I could not try more items but I am definitely going back for more.
