I visited this place many times and I had been a big fan of their cookies for a long time. This outlet is located on the ground floor of the Forum Sujana Mall. I tried many Cookies here but my favorites are : a) Milky Choc Chews Cookie. b) Double Choc Chunk Cookie. c) Caramel Cashew Cookie. Tip:   Ask the staff to warm the cookies a bit before they serve. The Brownies are some times tasty and sometimes not so good. About their Macaroons, if they are freshly made they are very tasty but if they are not then they become hard and do not taste that great.

Worst customer service . Asked for almond cluster it turned out to be a choclate I said I thought its a cookie shop and to take it and I would buy a cookie . They happily took it back and didnt return my money ! The cashier was defo not a person to deal with!

I was passing by this place and stopped to try some cookies. Tried oat meal and raisin and raspberry cookies. He made a fool of us. The raspberry cookie had cherries in it with just a light essence of raspberry. Would not recommend anybody ever

Smelled chocolate while shopping in Srujana mall....followed the trail and alas ! It was the cookie man. The cookies stand up to their looks. The brownies were perfectly baked (not too hard -not too soft-just fluffy and perfect). The milky choco chew is my favourite ❤ Chewy chocolatly but not too sweet! Will go back for more ❤

Cookie man cookies anywhere are my most favorite. Crispy Choc brandy cookie is always the best and it tastes great in this franchise too. A new red velvet one available here tastes no where close to red velvet. Not a suggested one to go.
