Worst place ever No proper response As I went to this with an Offer through bluebook They weren't giving me proper respect and the taste was bad I just can't express how bad it was and the quantity was also not good

This is not one of those extremely crowded places... It was decently filled even on a Friday eve... loved the ambience - live dj and all. I don't drink but the food was pretty good specially the peri peri chicken pizza.

Went in to this place as a team of 10 members. The ambience is good and decor is nice too but that's all !!! I could sense out the negativity as it was around 9:30 pm Saturday night and only 2 tables were booked along with ours and entire place was empty. We ordered the stuff from the menu. There are lots of things that were bad here I will list them all. The alcohol menu was small and when asked about cocktails he said we have usual's and we can order. So that wasn't listed in menu and no pricing of course. Food : The worst part. We ordered quite a lot of items and everything was utter rubbish. All the chicken items except for drumsticks were frozen fried items. Chicken pop corn strips all frozen packet items fried n given to us Prawns was uncooked, we returned it it was reheated and given back to us. The thin crust pizza was ok. The cheese rolls were again cheap finger food from frozen fried and served. So mostly nothing was fresh or made but frozen n fried. Horrible taste of course. Then there shaky part: We orders shots and guess what... Bartender gave us those shots without alcohol !!!! With water and juice mixed. We caught him and he said it was mistake and returned those water shots back !!! U take a guess what happened here Billing Time ! As usual extra drinks were added to the bill, I caught them again and waiter and bar tender were red faces Deduced them again I told remove the service charge as they did not even serve the plates....forget abt serving the food. He tries saying its applicable sir I simply said ur service was pathetic and its not mandate so remove it He removed it All in all not at all good place in any aspect Genuinely u can skip this place as most ppl did. Saara kharcha surf table chair pe kiya hai... Khane PE kuch nahi !!! Skip it for sure

Been here for my friend’s birthday. We were 10 people invited by my friend to celebrate her birthday. Though the average cost says Rs.1200/- for 2 people, we had to pay a staggering amount of Rs.9000/- which was definetly out of our wallets, including GST and also added upon was service tax of about 10%, which was later deducted from the bill after an argument with the staff of OTB. We were also charged for every glass of drinking water which they called it sparkling water. The staff concerned with service aren't attentive at all. They respond after repeated calls. Ambiance is just perfect for any youngster parties but is gloomy and shady as well. Talking about the food, we started upon by ordering starters. We happen to order 1 chicken fried momos/dumplings, 1 veg nachos, 2 chicken popcorn, 1 hot chicken wings and 1 chilli paneer and also 1 chicken corn soup. Though they all tasted good,momos were best amongst all of them. They definetly need to work on taste. The quantity which they offer for such a high price is not satisfying as well. We then happen to order 2 chicken pizza(tandoori chicken masala pizza and peri peri chicken pizza), 1 classic margherita and 2 alfredo pasta, one veg and the other non-veg. Only the tandoori chicken masala pizza and alfredo pasta were good amongst all these. The rest needed a lot of refinement to the taste. Ambiance : 3.5/5 Service : 3/5 Price : 1/5

Was it really out of the box? Not really. Did I have a good time. I did. Am I gonna write an extensive review about this place. Nope. Let's just say it's a fairly decent place to hangout at and I spilled my drink while I was there. Mostly because of the uncomfortable chairs. But maybe I was clumsy too.
