I want to specifically rate this outlet because I love Baskin Robbins but this outlet cheated me. I ordered a 500 ml pack through Zomato delivery and when it arrived it was not even half filled. I tried calling the outlet thinking it was a misunderstanding and the guy pretended it was a wrong number. The Zomato customer care was not particularly helpful either. Don't order online from this outlet.

The restaurant does not provide the right quantity. I have ordered for 525g ice cream but was provided only with 450g. Just because most of people don't measure the quantity, I feel they have found a way to fool them.
