The delivery order should be packed with ice. The cups were wrapped in plastic & everything was melted by the time we received it.

the packing was so bad . they use paper cup instead of plastic. i know paper cup is biodegradable but you take 30 minutes to deliver so in this case u have to use plastic cup . whole Ice cream was melt and the paper was torned. even some ice cream was wasted just because of it . and i ordered medium cup and they sent small cup . that was a blunder mistake . delivery is fine and taste of ice cream is good.
