Great for going out with Family The best part is the courteous service that provide. We went with 2 kids and the staff did a great job of engaging them and letting us enjoy our meal. The buffet spread is decent and food quality is good. The Service and ambience make the place worth the visit especially when you want to have a relaxed outing.

I went 3 a.m. and restaurants team was very energetic at that time and whatever I have ordered they make sure we get the best and tasty.... so thank you guys you really made my day... We was five people and I have ordered few drinks with non veg starters with veg biryani and the veg starter platter was very very awesome... And fresh..

First of all some one needs to wake up and take notice . Hotels are not just about making money . Hospitality needs to be the focus . We booked for a 4 people seating on a Saturday . Reached in time ..845p.m.. first ones here . The buffet at the Zodiac was laid , it seemed . Got a choice seating and realised majority of the cusine was a Kerela affair ( cuts out most people who don't consume coconut) . Min expected was a roast chicken or chicken tandoori but nope .. This multi cuisine place had nothing . The per person damage was 1499 plus taxes. Don't you just hate it when a restaurant doesn't serve fresh food . Then the servers said, they shall bring the snacks on the table for us ..how nice ..but wait is on..since this place was warming food by now . Well starters were fish amritsary..fish grill..paneer chilli..chicken sausages (the menu is all over the place ). It didn't seem the restaurant had a clue on how the menu was to be planned .. they also had a chat counter ( unmanned ). One dish which did stand out at least in innovation was butter chicken samosa.. but still tasted like fried chicken mixed in sawdust . It's hara Kiri of not having a dim sum counter during dinner time . The soups one veg one non veg were both not replenished. Bottled water is from Vi John (of the shaving cream fame)..costs INR 90.. wonder what margin the restaurant makes on it.. 3x min. Food. At this price the choice of food is extremely limited. Most food seemed old.. including the cheewy 🍕 Pizza (only margarita affair). The butter garlic bread was definitely stale ..may be from last evening ..(best case) In our 2 hours there .. they didn't replace the food even once at the display counters . By now the 70 odd cover place was 15 people but still they had same food , which only looks good in pics. They have only 4 people as servers including a f&b manager .. poor chap was running all over to keep it together . Continental food ... Well the chicken in chicken stroganoff had flown away. The zucchini dish seemed from lunch time .. Shouldn't it be against the law to serve lunch menu food at dinner time too. After the cinema popcorn ruling in Maharashtra , I have hope - my thoughts would see light of the day. The chef at this place must have changed since the non displayed Dal makhni tasted sweet ( quite bombaiya).. they still secretly bought us a bowl. The dosa chef was missing from the counter at peak time .. they reluctantly came and made my paneer dosa. Italian Pizza was pretty sweet and thick with local mozzarella cheese falling off the slice ( 7 inches). The sushi display ...well it's good to avoid cold food at such places .. it don't taste that good. Dessert ..is limited .. very colorful display but must have been a lunch display carried on in the evening . Didnt seem fresh . Ice cream was not displayed.. you ask and they serve on the table .. one vanilla and one chocolate. My ratings . Service - 2 🌟 Food - 2 🌟 Attitude to please - 3 🌟 Value for money - 1 🌟 Would I refer anyone - 1 🌟 Vibe - Buzz - 1/2 🌟 No music . If a place like Fortune can't service well in a restaurant during peak weekend with min customers . They need to introspect ,are they in the right business ? I have been here for 2 wedding functions , the food has been spell binding . They seem to have lost the plot . Gurgaon is a very competitive market for half that price, a good place out there can out sell Fortune anyday . What a loss for the brand.. wasnt this an ITC run property. Won't recommend anyone for now .

Last night Ihv been in Zodiac Restaurant with my friends, it was a great experience. We really enjoyd the ambiance, food was amazing and service I really dont have any words for service staff just want to say WOW ITS AWESOME keep it up guys.
