Fresc co is set up on the 3rdfloor of Ambience Mall with the most beautiful ambience one can think of! The seating, the bar is just fabulously set up. They offer Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. You can either opt for a buffet or a la carte. I order their Lamb sliders, Pulled chicken and cheddar waffled panini and a Salmon, caper and ricotta pizza to begin with. The paninis were simply delicious. The lamb burgers tasted fab but I’d have like the lamb to be cooked a bit more. The pizza took my heart away! The toppings were fresh and the combination of salmon,capers, dill and ricotta was absolutely wow! Then I ordered Fettuccine in alfredo sauce withchicken and olives. I was just bowled over by the flavour of this creamy pasta. The sauces and the pasta both are made in house and this was easily the best alfredo pasta I have ever had! For dessert, I chose to eat the Blueberry cheesecake and the Red velvet choco lava cake. While the cheesecake’s blueberry compote wasn’t all that fresh, the red velvet simply took the limelight. They serve it with a scoop of icecream and present it really well. I was really happy with the food and the service here. The staff is on their toes, and know their job well. Would love to be back!
