I would give it a mere 3. The idea of relaxing with a coffee or a tea seems good but few points make it a bit uncomfortable. Food nothing great but OK. The outlets keeps its door open and so it is at the mercy of the mall's AC and if you happen to sit few tables inside the store well.. you are sweating. The staff I have not seen them smiling..( 2 3 of them) I mean the main attraction of these stores is the warmth of the staff when people would go again and again.... but that part is sadly not there. The ceilings towards the interior of the shop is broken and gives it a look of more or less a shoddy place. They have an open kitchen and the smell of the food disturbs your conversation. As highlighted, if you want to sit towards the front of the outlet.... you are at the mercy of the mall's AC and also crowd.... and if you happen to sit on the rear of the outlet you don't have AC but you surely can smell the food fragrance from the live kitchen.... OVERALL NOT A PLACE FOR A QUIET TEA ROOM. I would not recommend this place.
