Went yday for the buffet - and I have not had a worse experience from such a nice place in my life. The waiters are clueless- the food was cold dry and stale ! Ceaser salad was the worst - biryani was ice cold - the waiters didn’t even bother hearing it. Nobody came to our table to ask for our experience- they said - the chefs probably have changed is why he food is so bad . Pls DO NOT SERVE FOOD if you think it’s not worth it. Really really bad !

The place where you can truly enjoy the music & indulge in interesting conversations with like-minded people over inventive food & drinks. As you step in one is surround by plush vintage ambience Inspired by an era of chesterfield chairs, artifacts ,beautiful engraved wood work & a stellar collection of glass wear, decanter & drinks. The tastefully done interiors ooze class & sophistication. The Barman extraordinaire prepare the classic Bloody Mary for me,absolutely spot on.Served with slightly seasoned Olives & peanuts. Can't recommend this place enough 👍🏻

We went there for our anniversary celebrations. The decor is royal and elegant. We were offered complimentary wine and a chocolate cake. So far, the best chocolate cake ever! The lady over there was extremely courteous and friendly.

Well, if you need to know that why is it rated as the best hotel in Delhi, you would have to walk into it for it could not be explained with mere words. Once you walk in, you wouldn't care much of the food being palatable or not as the aura of the place will awestruck you and will find GREs wandering around, doing there job 😂. As the name suggests, they serve you with morning bakeries and also, evening snacks on charlie stand. Hence, the name - Lobby Lounge. The food items served here are just alike the items being served, mayhap, in any other five star; be it The Imperial, Hyatt Regency, Taj Palace, ITC Maurya or TOND. Take a sneak peak. The ambience of the place will be a delight to your eyes.
The lobby lounge has a very royal look, it's high ceiling, beautiful curtains and chandeliers , comfortable seats make this place very attractive that's why despite being close to the entrance of the hotel one does not feel uncomfortable here. The high tea was nice both the western and the Indian one were nicely presented . Nice & helpful staff.
