The service was efficient. The food was tasty , the ambience was good and the quantity was appropriate. What else would you require ? Looking to have a bite at any restaurant with family. . Go try it !!

Usually I don't write any review for restaurant but this restaurant & their STAFF and OWNER behaviour MR GURPREET compelled me to write something about them. I KNOW THIS IS LENGTHY REVIEW BUT IT IS AN EYE-OPENER IF YOU READ IT! We have been regular visitors to their place from long time and have seen kind of business and market they have. Particularly, this has made them in cloud9 as they don't treat customer as important FACTOR anymore. They treat them like MONEY GOATS, one will go and other will come. No doubt, we were driven by these positive reviews that made me visit there sometime with family and mostly with friends. As people appreciate their cuisines, we too used to order dal makhani, paneer, reshmi kabab, lachha parantha etc. On very first visit, I personally asked the manager about quality of CHICKEN...he confirmed me IT IS JHATKA (I am little concerned with this factor). I took my family there on birthday and incidentally, we had happened to met the NON-VEG supplier through the MANAGER itself who claimed he supply HALAL CHICKEN. I was just speechless then and my family too. ULTIMATELY, MANAGER WERE COMPLETELY LYING EVEN IN FRONT OF SUPPLIER. I don't mind if he is using HALAL, we will not order non-veg then, but please do not lie. In our first visit (Before HALAL episode), chicken was BADLY SMELLING and RAW from inside. I took this to manager and he accepted that with replacement. Next visit, we figured PANEER was sour in taste and smelly as well. Same behaviour, they offered replacement. Next time, chicken was RAW again and they again made the replacement. I don't know who is writing reviews for them. Doubtful, IF THEY ARE PAID OR FREE AS MANY FOOD BLOGGER IS OUT THERE. On second last visit, we noticed a HAIR in their BUTTER ROTI and took it to the manager. Again, they offered replacement!!!! I asked are we coming for quality check??? You sell BUTTER ROTI @ Rs 50 which is at quite good price and so careless about the quality. We had a look at kitchen and noticed some construction work going inside. At the same time, they were cutting veggies, making curries, preparing dough for the evening. To my SURPRISE, MR AJAY (MANAGER) SAID "ITNA TO REHTA HI HAI, AAP BILL MAT DO FREE ME KHA LO". I ask every customer WHY WE VISIT SUCH COSTLY RESTAURANT? FOR FOOD OR SERVICE OR BOTH? EVEN AT HOME, our don't compromise with quality but how can they treat us like this. I had pleasure to talk with MR GURPREET (ONWER) who claimed he will take action over it and update us. It has been month now, he didn't bothered to call us. I KNOW HE IS MAKING LAKHS OF REVENUE MONTHLY AND WILL NOT CARE ABOUT 1000 BUCKS OF SINGLE CUSTOMER. I am not asking for the money or refund or free food. BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHO HOLDS THE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE SERVING. Lot of things may go unnoticed which even we cannot think of. TO ALL FOOD LOVERS, NOW THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU VISIT. AFTER ALL, YOU WILL SPEND HARD EARNED MONEY THERE.

Pathetic service offered by the pik wik. We have been regular visitors of Pik wik for last 8 months visit them every sat. Although food tastes good but there hygine , quality and service is highly compromised. we have been served stale chicken in reshmi kabab once, sour paneer the other time and lastly tandoori roti with human hair in it. The first time staff apologised and replaced the food , second time staff again apologised and replaced the food saying it won't happen again. Last time they simply said hum "apka khana badal ke dedete" when we found hair in their himan roti and were very casual about it and were laughing about the same . When we objected the hotel manager rudely , abusively said that " we are giving you food for free what else we can do" ? we left the food on that day . Also he told us that since kitchen supplies keep coming in hence finding human hair in roti , or stale chicken , sour paneer can not be controlled. On top when i told that i will complaint food inspector he said do what ever you want. Infact their behavior clearly reflects that they hardly care about the quality and food safety norms .The worst thing of the chain is we talked to his owner who listened to our complaint and said he will get back to us on the resolution of this issue but never called back. We as regular customer expect that food quality and service has to be good for which we are paying money and also like to have good food rather being served compromised quality of food every now and then. We have decided not to eat from this resturant chain and will advise to everyone think twice before going there. we will be soon putting the complaint to fassi and other government authorities to ensure that these kind of restaurant who offer and compromised quality of food where the manager itself says that he can not do anything about the food safety and it quality should not be allowed to operate in delhi ncr. Worst part is the owner is casual about the same and busy fooling customers and their mantra is "if something goes wrong , replace the food or give them discount on bill and laugh about it " Beware going in this restaurant chances are 1 out of 3 time you will have the face the same situation there.
