Mist - The Park, Connaught Place, New Delhi

People have been giving good reviews about the place but our experience was not that good, food was missing aroma, spices were not adequately used to develop the taste and could not follow the chef's style of menu. Yellow Dal and Baigan Bhaja for veg where the Baigan Bhaja was not at all like the Bengali Baigan Bhaja Starter had only pizza and pasta where as pizza base was of naan not the pizza base Noodles were not adequately prepared and shezwan fish where it was difficult to find fish and over cooked broken fish or they sliced too small pieces Butter chicken had the issue that it had extra water in that which reduced the flavour and it was not at all as like butter chicken. But there were some good things were there too like the salad bar which had cherry tomatoes and shrimp cocktail, sesame seeds chicken breast and a couple of more items and decent variety of veg salads. It's totally my discretion but if you do wish to you can try the mist by the park.
