It's hidden gem, price are reasonable and good quality food.... Go for it... Vegetable stew and fish fry was awesome, it's gives feel of costal Mangalore food, even my North Indian friends liked it...

One of those few places in Delhi which come close to serving you great south Indian coastal food. Having recently moved from Bangalore, I liked the place and their food. While the ambience is not all so happening, you will find amazing, mouth watering food. Have been ordering a lot from the place, the chettinad Biriyani and the Mangalorean ghee roast is brilliant.

I was here last week with my family. We were having lunch at around 4PM so the place was empty when we reached. The ambiance of Kadalu is quite pleasing. They have painted the inside walls with a South Indian beach theme and have put posters again with the same theme. The food is really good at Kadalu. We had the Chicken Manglorean ghee roast, Malabar chicken, Neer dosa and Appams along with Sol Kadi for beverages. The ghee roast chicken and appams/ neer dosa were nicely cooked and tasted pretty good. The Malabar chicken tasted average but im not sure whether it was cooked averagely or the taste didn't suit my tastebuds because usually im a fan of Chettinad. Anyways, the ghee roast chicken should definitely be tried when you're at Kadalu. The main highlight though of the restaurant was the drink, the Sol Kadi which was simply out of the world and the best item on the menu with that amazing tadka of the curry leaves and the flavor of Kokum fruit. Definitely should be had. The service is also great at Kadalu. The waiters are humble and down to earth and there to assist you whenever you need something. Overall, Kadalu is a great place to eat and have good food and I'll surely visit here again.
