Have taken a boneless chicken biryani parcel. Chicken gravy given with biryani also very less. And moreover find out hair which is complementary inside the gravy. Taste of basmati also very bad.overall worst experience

This place has the same great ambience as the Hot chips a floor below it. It has a neat interiors, looks spacious and bright. The waiters were courteous and attended well. The price was nominal too considering the location, service and ambience. My problem was entirely with the food. I ordered pepper chicken and Egg Fried rice. I got chicken 65. I asked him if it was pepper chicken and he politely insisted it was. It tasted well, I concede but it still wasn't what I ordered to go with my egg fried rice. The egg fried rice was bland. Plain and simple bland with no spices whatsoever. Adding the ketchup and gravy they provided made it passable. Chinese food does not seem to be their strength here. I would have given a 2 or less but since this place is more of a Andhra cuisine and I did not try anything from that part of menu, I need to be fair. All in all, the place looks ok, cost seems fine but the food needs leave a lot to be desired.

Good Enough

It was dinner time. Luckily we got the seat nearby window. Already 4 to 5 tables were occupied. The view outside the window was nice. Ambience : 3/5 As I said the outside view from 2nd floor seating was good. The seating is very cushiony and comfortable. Some lighting's and interior work done on ceilings. Service 2.5/5 The staff are very polite and helpful. But the service was very slow. Felt like it took more time for our order to be served. I asked for hot water but later they kept on trying to fill it with room temperature water. Food : 3.5/5 Veg monchow soup : To be honest this was entirely different style of soup compared to what I have already had from other places. Not at all spicy with a plain taste. 2 for soup. Chicken fry biriyani : The biriyani was bit cold when they served. Chicken pieces were well cooked, it seemed like they steamed the fried pieces. But nonetheless went along well with rice. Rice was bit dry but masala was good. 3.5 for biriyani. Phulka and paneer tikka masala : Actually phulka seemed more like version of chappathi. Paneer tikka masala was good and pieces also tasted nice. 3.5 for tikka masala. Must try dish : Chicken fry biriyani and paneer tikka masala.
