It’s not a well maintained restaurant. The ambience isn’t very pleasant. The staff lack communication skills, they don’t understand English nor Hindi. The service is slow. The hygiene is poor.

Worst experience at AC hall. Beware of the waiters. They are the most incourteous. 1 Phulka they could not deliver in 15 mins. They will try to force menu items by not delivering food items you ordered. If you ask for floor manager, some one will stand up as floor manager. So avoid this outlet. Never ever visit this restaurant   "I visited Hot chips on 23rd June, ordered Dosa and Idli. Sambar which was given by hotel along with food ordered, we found a dead insect lying and soaked in Sambar. Place of cooking also are unhygenic and untidy. Do not ever visit this restaurant

This place was good before but has lost both quality and taste of food now. I wish hot chips could turn into how it was before. Please improve everything in the restaurant.

decent food at affordable price. their coffee is good and standard in taste. their buffet available on weekends is worth the price. ambiance is normal. pocket friendly place for a decent food and experience. service could be definitely improved.
