Have eaten at this place quite a few times and I can say they serve good and decent food and definitely value for money.I love their Bombay Meals very much.The coffee that they serve is really good.

Their curd rice is certainly one of the best in Chennai. No frills like those stupid pomegranates and grapes in the rice. Easy on the palate, especially if had with their standard potato chips and some more molagai. Add a dash of lime pickle and you're set for the rest of the day.

Ambience is not good. AC dining hall is another drawback. Food taste is average and the service is also kind of ok. Could improvise on ambience and the food taste

A South Indian resto with some combo offers on North Indian and Indo Chinese cuisines. I have been to the ones at Cbe and Chromepet end number of times earlier and not really in the recent past. Wanted to try out and was amazed by the masala dosa's aroma and taste. Just bowled, espc the corriander chutney was wooowwww... No one can beat the Welcome or Ratna Cafe sambar. The Noodles was OKish and to wash down a mini-coffee. Felt so good , that's the magic of a filter coffee. They are renovating most of their restos and hope they do the Valasaravakkam one too. Planning for a take away tomorrow too.
