Ambience is good but food can be improved to a better extent .. chapati was hard .. kuruma was not spicy .. orange juice was bad .. and dosai was ok

We had the worst experience ordering for home delivery from here. The hotel has irresponsible staff who are not considerate enough to talk to the customer saying they are busy. The food we paid for by online, was not available. We were ready to compromise for an alternative, as we have a diabetic patient at home, so for us time was priority. But they were not even bothered to respond to it. Very bad service by the hotel.

Just like most of the other branches of the restaurant chain, Hot Chips Karapakkam also serves some amazing food, hot and sizzling. My favourites include noodles and fried rice. Any variants of these two are always awesome.

yesterday went for dinner it was too much crowded finally had a cup of coffee taste wise ok but not worth it ambience need to improve..in this surrounding this is the best vegetarian hotel they are serving Chaat items too

I visited this place for lunch with my family today and am shocked. No water in the handwash and I was ordered by the waiter to wait for 10 minutes for water. After we finally got to order the food even the soup didn't arrive until a good 20 minutes. In the meantime we noticed drinking water being refilled from the dirtiest possible bubble top can. when we asked for bottled water it was not available. The soup arrived with soggy bread and after a good 15 minutes the food came. There was a thread in the food and I was forced to leave after that. The unapologetic attitude of the waiter and the manager made me feel insulted. I will never visit hotchips even if it was the last one left in the universe.
