There ws lot f expectation when I stepped my foot into d place but I had worst experience.. not at all worth 4 money especially d mango shake...hd mango shake which costed Rs.425 Dr was Only milk other than that there was nothing....I dnt find any taste of hidden mango essence n it I have visited lot f ice cream parlour but I NVR had worst experience like dis... frnds plz think twice bfr stepping into dis plce

It's a open space ice cream shop in the ground floor of phoenix mall. Seventh heaven & Eiffel tower has delightful flavours which will take you to heaven but it's quite expensive for the quantity & tax they charge. An amazing place for the quality & their innovative presentation.Service can be better and not all the items are available all the time.

It has been years since I had a sit-down in this outlet. My friend and I visited for some desserts recently. We ordered 'Belgian Waffle Dream' and another Signature Chocolate dessert which has a chocolate dome and 8mini scoops of ice cream of our choice, I specified to the person who took our order to give me 8 different flavors. The Chocolate dessert came first, they poured the hot chocolate over the dome at which point I can see all the scoops inside looked almost the same. Meanwhile the 'Belgian Waffle Dream' was brought. It had two scoops of ice cream, two very small waffles and some whipped cream. Just the mere presentation of this dessert was undiscerning. I have had the same dessert a few years ago in this very outlet when it was neatly presented and was served with maple syrup. For a price tag of 711 INR the presentation does matter. But I would have definitely let it go if at least the taste was good. The Waffle was so soggy and was really bad. The only good thing about the whole dessert was the Ice creams, they were just brilliant. I was already annoyed with the Chocolate dessert and this got me infuriated. So I asked them only to find out they had brought the Chocolate dessert with just 4 flavors (two scoops of each). When I questioned why they have given only four flavors in spite of my specific request to give 8 different ones. They gave a vague response that this is how they usually serve. Then I spoke with the Manager and showed him the menu where it's clearly mentioned 8 mini scoops of our choice. I also gave him my feedback about the Waffles and the presentation and I even showed him an earlier pic of the Waffles that I had in this outlet for which he said 'this is the waffle iron we use now' and he asked me if I wanted one more piece of waffle, only after this I really lost it and I asked them to take back the Chocolate dessert as it was untouched and as for the 'Belgian Waffle Dream', we had eaten the ice creams so we paid for the whole dessert. We paid a total of 711 INR incl of taxes and I feel only the worth of the ice creams are justifiable in this price tag. It was quite obvious that their standards have gone down. However, I would definitely recommend their ice creams as they are simply divine. But they should have a serious look into their waffles at least for it's namesake, just because the brand is well established and the dessert was once named 'Belgian Waffle' they just can't serve anything by that name.    - - - - - EARLIER REVIEW (Rating : 4) This is the first place that strikes my head when It comes to ice creams. They have an exquisite array of flavors. My favorites are mango & raspberry sorbet, praline & cream, dulce de leche. I also love the crepe and macaroons in this place. It's quite expensive but it's worth spending for the luscious and intense taste. The only thing I don't like about this place is the ambience. It's an open place in the middle of the mall. I prefer Haagen Dazs, Nungambakkam over Velachery for the ambience.

I always forget to click picture when I visit this place but this time I made sure we click a pic before we dig in ;). This place has quiet few variety of ice creams and every time I visit this place there would be some new flavour added. The ice creams are amazing , you also get desserts section to chose from. I love their chocolate fondue and ice creams in cone. Is bit pricy but worth the try and you wouldn regret it.

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had . Many people feel that it’s a bit pricey but trust me , it’s worth every penny ! The people who work there are very friendly as well. Overall - Ambience : 8/10 Quality : 10/10 Service : 10/10 Taste : 10/10 If you like dark chocolates , then I would highly recommend trying the Belgian Chocolate Flavour. Thank you
