We visited GMT Navalur yesterday as we were previously impressed by their Pondicherry branch. GMT Navalur is no less in taste than their Pondicherry branch. I chose a chocolate flavoured gelato this time(not very sure of the name) and it tasted rich and yummy. But the choice here is like not even 50% of that at Pondicherry. That is the reason I have given just 4. The person who served us was very friendly and told us that as the shop is located at a corner, people don't get to become aware of its existence. So I'm helping them by posting my review here;)

After saw those high ratings, I wanted to try their ice creams for a long time.. Got a chance today... Some flavours were not available.. Lot of chocolate based options to choose.. I tried lovers chocolate.. Not like regular chocolate ice cream.. A different taste.. That one tasted okayish.. Not so superb.. Maybe their other flavours are good .. But not this one.. Also 100rs for a small cup of ice cream is not worthy.. Place was neat and clean.. Ambience was okay.. I felt like this place is over hyped...

I had heard of this chain of gelato in Pondicherry that had opened in Chennai and so decided to give it a go... They have a variety of flavours from chocolate, tiramisu, various flavours of berries, litchi and more... We settled for the tiramisu... litchi and strawberry.... All the flavours were divine.... creamy and pure sinful... The owner even showed us a flavour that the gelato was made from pure milk and had certification that it wouldn't affect your health adversely... The gelatos are to die for... a must visit place for dessert after a hearty dinner at OMR food street Navalur....

An awesome place with an amazing choice of flavours . One cup is worth 100 bucks and you can mix two flavours at once too in a cup and savour that great taste. Extremely friendly staffs as well. Worth all the money. Must visit. ☺

Hi everyone, Actually felt it is totally different from normal ice cream. Plenty of flavours. They have opened a branch inside ramanujam It park and I had it there. Regards Vivek
