Good food, great ambiance, excellent service. I generally don’t give 5 stars but this place certainly deserves the 5 star rating. Nothing to complain. For the quantity of food they give the price is reasonable too!! A must visit place!!

Note: This was an invite. New property from Novotel with the right amount of swag in interiors that spell class. Pretty nice ambience that doesn't go over board with colours. They are yet to get their Bar licence (at least till I visited them a few weeks back). But, they hit the right chords when it comes to food. I had the option to choose from their A la Carte Menu but I decided to go with their Sit-Down buffet Menu. They've priced it very competitively at ₹1090+GST. Please note that since it's a hotel, the GST would be at 18%. Very impressive buffet Menu, you can choose to have all or a few from that menu. I chose my dishes and I must say, it was a Sunday lunch that was worth the travel and time. Tom Yum Chicken Soup was good and definitely could be better. Under starters section of the menu, I ordered all 4 and all 4 were quite good. Paneer was soft with the right amount of Methi Marinade seeping into it in Methi Paneer Tikka. The South Indian vegetarian counterpart was Aachi Fry which was Karaikudi Style Cauliflower Fry with the right amount of spices. Chicken Manchurian was very well made and the fish in Cajun Fish Strips was non-smelly soaking in all the spices, perfectly. Under the mains, Farfalle Aglio Olio representing the Pasta section looked pretty and was tasty, as well. I asked for a customisation on my Non-vegetarian pizza replacing Chorizo with Chicken and it was obliged, immediately. The Chicken Pizza, with it's thin crust and good amount of topping and cheese is something that I really appreciated. The Phulka was very well made. Paneer Kas Maratha was good but what sweeped me off my feet is their Lasooni Dal Tadka. Couldn't resist asking for some steamed rice to devour the Dal with the Chawal. Places such as these, it's quiet difficult find a good Dum Biryani. Breaking the taboo, Food Exchange served some nice long grained flavourful Chicken Dum Biryani, with soft meat pieces. Quite impressive. Under desserts, Red Velvet Lemon Parfait was a revelation. Loved it to bits. Warm Chocolate Toffee Pudding was Okayish. There were many choices of juice and drinks but I settled for Ginger Ale.
