Our meal at focaccia was absolute delicious, the chef ensured he made something to suit my grandmothers palate. We all had something as per our taste and requirement. I has this absolutely delicious and heavy Champagne scallops risotto at focaccia. The chef not only nailed the taste but was extra generous with the quantity The hospitality at Hyatt regency is fantastic . Wine: 1928 prosecco was a great start to an amazing Italian Saturday brunch here. Main course: Prawns, lamb and everything nice. what a variety in display! Loved them all. Cheese tasting was also done. So many varieties to enjoy and indulge in. They also had Breadsticks, dry fruits, nuts and much more to binge on. Desserts: Best part of the brunch and loved these to bits. Loved the dessert jars, tiramisu and the tarts! I also loved my lime and mint mojito. Very refreshing. To end this: Italian at its best. Had an amazing Il Grande Pranzo experience.

This is a precious restaurant with an Italian chef. But the service is spoiling it I am doing the work of making a restaurant. So I use a five star hotel all over the world,  I am eating at many  restaurants with Michelin stars When I ordered first, I told the staff that I don't have much time. But they made many mistakes like the following. Even if I complain, They did not even apologize If the following is common in India, I have to say that India's hospitality spirit is behind advanced countries by more than 20 years 1)It took 30 minutes for the first dish to come2)I asked Focaccia at twice and they did not bring it 3)Focaccia was very cold 4)I asked check(Bill) at twice, but they didn't move. I was waited I was waited  for over 20 minutes until my accounts ended by them I think I will go to this store one more time soon . If such services continue, I will not use Chennai Hyatt Regency anymore

Great place, good food. but you need to tell the chef how you like your food, like spice levels, etc. else one might not like the authentic version of the food after being used to eating Indian version of international cuisines.

5 star service from a 5 star restaurant. It's lovely. Staff was sweet. It's not a place meant for all. It's got a lovely ambience . Wonderful food.
