My first tryst with lasagne & Quesadilla thanks to firangi bake which claims to offer global bakes with a local twist. Picked Bombay masala Quesadilla which is primarily a tortilla folded in half with veg fillings which has high note of masala which puts me off. But it's good to see the tortilla cooked without oil yet soft. My second choice is corn & pimento lasagne. Lasagne is of italian origin which comes with generous filling of corn & capsicum cooked in spicy sauce decked up in layers of flat pasta and baked. I completely floored by this one. But it comes in a package which is little clumsy and difficult to pick the dish from corners as the pasta sticked to sides. Would like to see undiluted/authentic versions of global bakes also from this outlet. Ultimately firangi bake has succeeded in customizing global fares to suit desi taste buds.

The food tasted great - however the quantity of salad included in the Peri Peri steak combo was dissatisfactory. There was more raw onion provided for the salad than salad itself.

This place has been in my bucket list for so long ! I finally got to order from this place and I'm glad that i did. This place was thoroughly amazing. Not a bit did it differ. The food was great, the packing was absolutely on point. And the taste, nonetheless the best. I ordered for a masala chicken quesadilla and a tandoori kukkad pot rice. The portion size was good. There were two portions of quesadilla, and every bit of it was yummy. And the kukkad pot rice had a layer of cheese on top and the taste was soo good. I totally loved the concept of indian twist to their food. The fusion was amazing. Overall, I had a great experience and i would love love to order again. Cant wait 💕
