Good quality vegetarian food at EA’s food court. This place is a bit more special than it’s counterparts. Set dosa vadacurry is a must try. It’s so fresh. Wheat upma is very tastefully made. Vegetarians are sure to enjoy this place. It’s pricey though. Regular dosas are passable. Never tried lunch here. So no comments on that. This review is based on my dinner experience on Saturday night 😂

Good Enough

This place in express avenue food court serves south indian and some north indian dishes. Went here to get some soup for kid. Tomato soup is Rs.90 which is okay. The quantity is very less. They give it in a papercup which we usually carry for drinking water. For the price they charge , i expect a good quantity of soup. Taste wise, soup was good and no complaints. The other items in the menu are so costly. Idly costs Rs.100 and dosa around 140 rupees. Are you guys using batters for idly / dosa or something else. Their prices are almost on par with a star hotel. Pricing needs to be revisited.

Well...

Dasa Dozza is the new avatar of Dasaprakash group of Mysore now in EA Mall Royapettah. I went with the hope of catching up with the original taste of Masala dosa like in Karnataka and not the Chennai variety which is a poorer cousin.  They charged 145 per plate for Mysore Masala Dosa and what we got was  2  plain podi dosa of Chennai style on a plate. There is Nothing of Mysore or Bangalore in it. They have smeared paruppi podi on the inside. It should have been the masala chutney red in colour like in Karnataka .  It was not thick like the Mysore variety, but very thin and what's more the potato onion curry was Outside on the plate and not COOKED inside with it... This is nothing but cheating on the brand. It is just Chennai masala dosa with no similarity to Mysore Bangalore Masala Dosa...I found it shocking that Dasaprakash  would cheat like this
