Well for chennaites it’s quite common to come across this snack , almost every locality will have a few bakeries and you will find the usuals of Egg , Veg , Chicken Puffs, Etc ...in every bakery. It comes to your rescue when you need a quick snack to satisfy your hunger need for a few hours, They are quite economical and easily available .This bakery has been existing for a few years and definitely they do serve some decent puffs which is evident by the crowds at times ... We all may have tried this snack often it’s just that we don’t praise it or review it or picture it . LoL .... so there you go .....

I was in Chennai for a week. I had frequented to this place for my meals. it serves mouth watering kerala culinary. They have all types of meat. The place is always crowded. The waiters are friendly and helpful. Their various thalis are worth of your money and finger licking.

One of the cheap and best bakery found in the Perungudi area. The Puffs variety here is really amazing as they bake differently here and it's a must try. The cake here is also amazing and the price is reasonable too

This place is a special mention for the taste of good cakes n breads.. ordered a black forest cake for my office mate and to my surprise the cake was all good and fresh! we dint want to waste the cake rubbing over faces!! their chicken puffs are indeed too good This place is the back of the perungudi bus stop

I am huge fan of local bakery shops. And my love for the small bakery shops started in kerala where the bakery shops look deceiving but if you miss out on going in there because of the look of it you are in for a loss. Most bakery shops in kerala have amazing home made buttery pound cakes and veg puffs and squash juices Crescent bakery is one such bakery shop which you will really miss out on if you don't try it. Since I love exploring bakery Shops this is one the places I am glad I found. They have a really good selection of sweets and savoury items. Starting with the sweet and pastries, must try their chocolate truffle cake and Black Forest. Walk in at 3.00pm or 4.00 pm and you will get hot and freshly baked sweet rolls. They have some really heart warming pudding cake and banana cake and walnut cakes. All very good and sooo reasonably priced. Coming to savouries, they have hands down the best egg puffs and they are most of the time sold out . The veg puffs veg rolls are equally yummy too. Cutlets are another top list item in their menu. They also have freshly baked breads and their oat bread is our favourite. So all in all it's a awesome little place for some take aways and at home movie time snacks or just a place to satisfy your 4.00pm sweet tooth! And what's more it so easy on ur pocket !!
