As the name suggests the staff gave a very cold response when pointed out that there was a fly in their counter over the edibles.Felt more like a roadside eatery than a multinational chain Really disappointed.Will neither recommend nor go.When I told them that I will take a photograph of the fly and post it on the net they chased it enough so that it is not photographed...but the response was otherwise casual enough to say that we deal in ice creams the fly may be there.

The best ice-cream parlour I have visited in Chennai! After tasting at the one in Bangalore I was planning from long to visit this place. Had taken my favourite - Cheesecake Fantasy along with another one - Salted Caramel with butterscotch nuts. Both were just outstanding and made super quick too. This is a must visit place for people with a sweet tooth and ice-cream lovers

“Love It” size cups weren’t availabe, and we were forced to buy larger size cups. Cotton Candy taste not the same as in the US. We felt that the taste wasn’t authentic. Unfriendly staff.
