I ordered a fondant cake for my son's birthday. Though the chocolate truffle cake was yummy, they spoiled the entire mood of the party by very late delivery. Inspite of me following up from the morning, they did not deliver the cake on time. It was delayed by 1.30 hrs and the party was also delayed due to that. When enquired about the delay, the manager carelessly responded that the cake was ready but there is an issue with the delivery boy. @manager - who cares if u have the cake ready @ shop and boast about it and give silly reasons for timely delivery . If u promise a timely delivery, strictly stick on to it. If not don't ever promise.

Today I have called twice Cake Talk to order a birthday cake and my call got picked up and he asked me to wait until he checked the availability of the cake. The whole day passed by, no response from them.

I tried their Black Forest cake ,Banana cake and coockies. The taste is good. AC is availavle. Rate - 100 - 250 for 2 people Improvement areas - More items could be added Overall rating - 3.5 / 5

Very Very Worst Service! They are not following timings.  For my son's first birthday we have ordered a designer cake of 3.5 kgs and asked them to deliver by 5:00PM. These people delivered it at 7:30PM. delay by 2.5 hours .. it is less than 2 kms from their shop (Medavakam, caketalk) to my house.. all of my friends and relatives came did fun on us without cake.. and went on. felt very bad and they spoiled our happy mood on our son's first b'day What is the use of having3.5 kgs of cake when no one is there? Even i followed up them from Mrng itself to avoid such mess.. Though they are collecting our mobile numbers,  they are not using it.. may be are they worrying for call charges to call me back and get the address. ? shame! Reason for the delay is they dint get the route to my house so went back to shop it seems.. then y the *** they collecting the customer's phone number? Since i dont have 0 points to give rating.. i m giving 1 here. Friends.. my humble request is dont step in to Cake Talk, medavakkam branch!
