Good place to pass time when waitng for friends who are always last minute enterrants for a movie. nice ambience and cordial staff and the coffee that lives up to brand name.

Around 4:00 pm, hanging around in grand mall, Happened to meet a schoolmate and wanted to catch up on the lost years. Settled for 2 hot chocolates in coffee day, dint look exactly as in the brochure but came up with a nice dollop of cream. Hot, chocolately, not so sweet, creamy and was very filling but With every passing second the drink became gooey 😳 Wanted to order a sandwich, but the counter service was too slow and rude. Yes it's a mall and there are patrons with requests, people who just enquire and walk away, there are couples who kill time chatting over a cup of cappuccino but the service should try and keep track of everyone. Speed up guys, keep track 😕
