Visited the sembakkam Ccd few weeks back.Liked the ambience and the way seating were done. Food was good and got it served in a decent time of 10 mins , for we ordered nachos and garlic bread.

Tried garlic bread sizzle dizzle brownie and satisfied with the taste. Milk shake was a big disappointment from this place. My son even fell sick after drinking the BOGO shake.

Never been into ccd, but heard abt der sizzler, thought of give a try! Ordered a sandwich and sizzler! Both of them were gud! Hot chocolate was amazing experience!

I have been to few CCD's in Chennai but here it was the worst experience.! Service was Damn slow and few items which we wanted to order weren't available 😑 Location - Earlier it was located nearby rajakilpakkam signal but now it has been shifted to a little ahead.Judt use Google maps.Its just located nearby JR Jana restaurant. Parking facility - Ample parking space available (3/5) Ambience - It's a great place for couples to hangout and the atmosphere tends us to stay there as much time as possible. But here I had a bad experience.The AC was switched off and it made us little sophisticated but had a nice time with friends out there.(2.5/5) Food - We ordered few garlic breads, Munch on nachos,Chilli cheese toastiza for starters. The breads served were tasty,soft and crunchier. We wanted to taste their burgers but unfortunately they weren't available.So had to try their sandwiches.We ordered paneer,corn and cheese,couch potato and smoked chicken.The bread served was unique,and sandwiches served were plain and the stuff inside the sandwich was much less as compared to other Cafe's .I didn't like much of their sandwiches. Also ordered thier fruitizzers.All tasted well.The cocoa milkshake was the best to have 😋 How can one miss Brownie Sizzled with icecreams.They were served hot and super yummy and tasty but bit expensive.i have had better sizzlers at lower costs.(2.5/5) Service - Damn slow.Each time I had to remind them to please serve the order as the guy who was on the counter had less memory power,I guess.I had to remind him to serve each and every item.and they also served late even they had less customers.When i asked him for the bill,He gave me excuses that the printer wasnt working and i requested him to write it manually and give it. So please check on your service.Make sure that service stays well and that's what the customer expects.(2/5) VFM - It costed me 3k for 6 members.It pretty expensive.Will think to visit again and I feel like it wasn't that worth to visit.Few items such as their dessert and coffee varieties are well known and they are good in it but I wouldn't recommend to try their sandwiches.✌️ (2/5) Overall,Not a happy experience though !

False people.they have an add saying that "you can pay by OLA money and get 15% off". I thought of availing that. they tried once and later told that he will come and collect the money in 5 mins. I said ok. After 10 mins, we placed one more order for which we paid by card. the order was of sizzling brownie. it took a while for them to bring that, then my friend had it. so after about 45 mins in total, i again went and asked them, if i could pay the earlier bill by OLA money. they again made me wait for 15 mins, but nothing happened. and they were LAUGHING at me! this is a awesome place. so basically u can go eat and come back without paying, if u try OLA money, or else, if you you are among the people who are honest and want to pay, you can waste your time. They took my email id, saying that they will be filing a complaint regarding the inconvenience within 30 mins. But that never happened. Free services for people of other organizations, to sit have meetings, and free for paying by OLA. all u have to face is little anger from your side and a shameless laugh from CCD employees.
