You can serve the best coffee beans or you use milk straight from the farm...you have to be reasonable with your quantity and pricing ! 205 RS for a 75 ml cup...Yuck..No One Accepts this

Worst experience. Ordered something and billed for some other thing. Ordered for 2 filter coffees (117 bucks each) and one cafe frappe (around 155 bucks). Due to the unavailability of Cafe Frappe, they blindly assumed that I would be okay with a Dark Frappe and billed me for it which I fortunately noticed only after I received the order. Why on earth is all this assumption happening? If something is unavailable you inform the customer, don’t you?! Poor service. Plus such cheating on the bill. 1. Amount wrongly entered. (240 bucks entered as 342) when asked why the guy tells us u would have asked for south indian filter coffee. Wow. Wonderful. Not just that we pointed at the item from the menu and we werent given any option (like regular/ king size as there was only one size for it). 2. GST charged separately for each item and on the total amount. 3. Billed an item not asked for. Only after 15 mins of arguing, they refunded atleast 100 bucks. So many unsatisfied customers! Its time you guys do something and take an action.

Very bad experience for two days on a row... First day no combo available, but they ll give the sub and the same shake separate just for the sake of making the customer pay extra, and th cafe frappe was horrible. Day 2 crunchy frappe had no crunch but one Oreo on top, and the topping ice-cream was added to the shake and blended, why the hell do you call it a topping then.

Coffee day is special for Coffee but coffee in this coffee day tasted very bland like sand. I experienced this third time in this coffee day.

Since the cafe is located inside the mall it is crowded most of the time. The items are very limited and sometimes we do not get what we want.
