It's location is an advantage and the place itself is nice. The seating is comfy and spacious. There's a TV that doesn't play nonsense and can be a good source of entertainment. The service is a bit slow and lax. The coffee is good, nothing special there. But the sandwich I had was an atrocity. The bread was stale and falling apart. The toppings were less than the toes on my feet, and tasted likewise. The sandwich itself wasn't even heated, it was cold. They should have the decency to at least microwave it. And the money they charged for it, wow. Overall a complete disappointment. It's clear why this coffee shop chain is losing money and favour. Two word review- don't bother.

Used to be one of my favourite hangout spots before. Been to this outlet recently. Service and good were quite good. Can visit ccd for a quick bite and coffee.

Decent place to head to with your friends. Just don't order Nachos with cheese, coz it's literally Nachos with cheese slices cut into further pieces and placed on top of them. There's enough space for big groups but gets extremely noisy.

Went for an quick evening meetup and a light bite. Quite a comfy and laid back atmosphere which is always a big plus. Me and a friend ordered a chocolate cake and 2 coffee frappes. The chocolate cake with the extra chocolate sauce was deliciously irresistible. However thats where the positive ends. The drinks were moderately okaayish to decent at the most. However, for the very few items ordered. The bill staggered to 750rs. I was shocked and taken aback by this. The extras such as a drizzle of chocolate sauce is 70rs. The cream on the frappes is 100rs. On average the extras cost around 80% of the cost of the actual food or drink ordered. CCD should really start to look at their pricing policy again.

Calm outlet at a busy city Best for business meetings. Not all the drinks are available( they're deprived of summer specials) not really crowded. Drinks could be better. And service quality can be improved
