The entire green lighting started irritating after some time. Staff barely has any ethics on service. And the place is very congested.. Only pro: the place felt cheap, compared to other places of similar stature.

We went for a casual drink to bliss bar after hearing from some local friends. Look wise the place is decent. But I must say staff had no sense how to talk to a customer. When we placed order first of all they were not attentive. And food was also okay okay, pepper prawn which we ordered were not at all up to the mark, I left the food after eating one bite. We had 9 beers from the bar but still they didn't had enough courtesy to let us sit and finish our drinks. We were told to pay bill before finishing food. All and all it was horrifying experience for me and my friend. Would never recommend this bar to anyone.

Being in porur for more than 20 years and passing this place every time when I roam around arcot Road I always feel nostalgic. This place used to be the landmark for directions to my home. It was quite odd that I couldn't have a single drink here all these years. Maybe I assumed that when there are local bars and liquor shops and I usually drink rarely and I buy the stuff back to home and of course there is nothing like home. But it happened that my old friend and I planned to chill out and have a beer as it was humid all day. We entered the reception and were guided by an attendant to enter bliss which was cheaply put behind the hotel. Never mind. Tactically placed to avoid drunken ppl to use the front gate and comfortably move them to the back gate. We had 3 beers Kf and to my astonishment a carlsberg(I thought I would never get it in Tamil Nadu) and watched some movies played on HD screens placed brilliantly to make sure every person who sits on any seats of the lounge area can get a proper glimpse. The sides where awesome and I felt very much ease to reminisce with my buddy. I would rate it a 4 for its ambience, beer, sides and not too expensive hangout for a couple of friends. Maybe the other drinks were a bit too costly for a place but no wonder they had some rare drinks too which you ll not find in the tasmacs.

Place is good! Nice ambience great bar setup and all! But the drinks are not soo good mojitos were horrible! Unlimited veg sides esp masala idly the best!! Great place for boys outing alone mixed crowd(girls) not a suitable place!
