I ordered for a home delivery and they took 1hr 48mns (actual estimated time) to deliver from Porur to Iyyappanthangal. The quality of the food is bad, the vegetables are not cleaned properly and there was some sand particles in potato!!! I ordered for mushroom biryani but I received something like a coloured rice with mushroom added to it. Paneer was not at all soft and so much oil in it. Overall I get a feel that road side shop is much better than this one.

Taste : 3.5/5 ; Ambiance : 3/5 ; Service : 3/5 ; VFM : 3.5/5 Biryani palace is located in kundrathur on the way towards poonamalee before the naal road junction...On the right had side after the mosque...easily visible restaurant thats brightly lit and also has some good exclusive parking space thats more than enough for this restaurant... The restaurant is quite long with around 12 tables to seat 50 ppl approx..very basic furniture placed in a not so cramped manner...Though they claim it to be A/C it was'n very effective..The cleaning and maintenance can definitely be improved a lot..Sticky tables stained glasses..the glasses were changed after complaining... The Service is very basic more like the ones we encounter in fast food joints...except that they are better dressed..the orders are taken promptly and the waiting time too is not that high...but more than what it should be... Ordered a plain biryani and Chicken 65 boneless...The biryani was a regular chennai style biryani and the quantity was really good...the rice was perfectly cooked and had adequate flavors...The chicken 65 had a really yummy masala but the marination was not that good and hence the taste was just on the outer side... Pricing was really nominal for the food served...got 7 pieces of chicken for 150rs which was really good...the service and ambiance need a bit of improvements though...
