Bhakshana by Paativeedu Reviews

Great!

Rated 4.0 by Satish Kumbhat on Aug 13,2018

Been trying to go to this place for long and finally went today. Very nice homely feel to the place. They have a set menu and it’s a multi course meal. The service was a little slow and could have been better. It’s a two floor restaurant with a sweet shop outside on the ground floor. Started of with a few juice starters but only the water melon was good. Then came food starters which had a piece of bonda, sundal and banana flower ball which were very good. The next course was adai, idyapam with stew, malgapodi, jaggery and very good white butter which was of good quality. Next was tamarind rice which was also very good. Next that was served was two kinds of rasam tomato and jeera. Tomato was good but jeera was just about average. The main course had rice, sambar, potato and spinach vegetable. The podi powder was good with two types of ghee. The sambar also was nice and was not spicy and had perfect ingredients. The spinach vegetable was not good and was bland. The beans poryial was good too. The last course before the desert was curd rice with ginger tamarind pickle and mormalga. The gulab jamun was hot and soft. The food was not that warm as I guess it was coming from ground floor. Over all it was a good experience.
