After reviewing some good feedbacks about their biryani, As a Biriyani addict ordered the Dum Gosht Biryani (Boneless) through FAASOS mobile app from my office. The Delivery was prompt on time and packed very professional, To my shocking the biryani was piping hot and it accompanied with mint raitha and a gulab jamun, when I opened the box a wonderful aroma of the biryani started drooling the mouth of people sitting next to me, When i took my first bite i was flying in the air happily and felt very proud that I took a very good decision. Mutton in the biryani was cooked to the perfection, it was very succulent and perfectly mixed with the masala. After a long time had a great biryani. 😍😍

Positive: 1.Biriyani was good.. loved the layers of masala over the rice 2.Loved the gulab jamun, butter milk and murgh koobideh. Negative: 1.Mutton pieces cudnt be chewed. Dont serve big sized chunks of mutton. Would appreciate if the pieces are downsized a bit and cooked more. 2. I honestly feel it's bit overpriced. I understand if you have a brick and mortar hotel. But with just delivery only kitchen, it sud be priced to an optimal value. 3. Couldn't appreciate the taste of murgh kefta . Could be tasty for most people but somehow i can't appreciate. If they serve just empty biriyani, i would order everyday. But please cook the mutton more, and downsize it, and place an optimum price.

Review based on Swiggy orders. The most authentic biriyani, finally in Chennai. If they maintain the standards consistently, behrouz will be the nightmare competitor for other restaurants. If you want to know the definition of original, authentic afghan biriyani, this is it. The perfectly cooked long grain rice, mixed with three layered gravy paste will drop down in you effortless. One portion will serve 2 people. Gravy has to be ordered extra. It’s a thick gravy, which when mixed with the rice forms an unbeatable combo. Gulab jamun is served along, like in any Mughal dining. Even veg biryani is worth in behrouz. Must try.
