Biriyani truly touches our soul doesn't it? Give Behrouz a chance and it will too. I had the mutton biriyani and it was delicious. The mutton pieces were soft and also the quantity of mutton was great. The aroma as you open the box tells you how good the taste is going to be and it was a very satisfying meal. Its not exactly your cliched South Indian type of a biriyani but it's something different and it's great. They serve raita along with it, which is the equivalent to South Indian pachdi (curd & onion). They also give you a gulab jamun with it which is an extremely important addition for the sweet tooth and made my day.

First delivery part: The guy made 10 calls before reaching me... for a very well known appartment. Needed to wait more than one hour for a delivery from a near by located restaurant. Annoyed to the core. Second taste part: 3 pieces of medium sized boneless mutton. But it was not in appealing at all. Raw sheepish Smell from the mutton. Briyani too was not the authentic chennai/ Hyderabadi style .. but more of a ghee rice of kerala. Total disappointment. The complementary gulab jamun was pathetic and tasted like a month old. The gravy and raita ( paid add on) was not at all complementing tye briyani, neither it was fresh. Last price: Rs 475/- for a single portion of briyani of above said condition and 10 ml raitha + 10 ml gravy of even further bad condition is not at all digestible. Wonder how people gave 5 str rating, with which i got carried away and cheated terrible. Never order pl. I dont even want to give 1 star .. but there is no negative str rating.
