I have always loved the ice cream of Baskin Robbins. But this review is because of the behaviour of a female employee of Baskin Robbins. I just now placed an order from an online food delivery app, none of the flavours I ordered were available. The female employee who called me to inform showed no sign of remorse rather she was cocky in her response saying that it's not her problem. This is not the way customers are expected to be treated at an esteemed joint like BR. First change your staff, they are giving you a bad name, Baskin Robbins.
