I was actually trying if I could rate it less than one. The shop is old. There's no enough space. The ice creams are various but not impressive at all. Poor toppings. Exorbitant pricing, absolutely not worth it.

Who wouldn't love ice cream! My most visited franchise! And this is where my love for ice creams grew. With each unique flavor living up to its name, this place is one of the best places for ice cream!

+Ve Still trying to find -Ve The glass top of the two tables in the store were scratched and filthy and had not been cleaned for atleast a few days. Icecream spilled by previous occupants had dried off on the table making impossible for the table to be used by anyone who was hygiene conscious. The staff exceptionally rude and crass and the worst part their icecream was absolutely horrible . It was dry and felt powdery . When this was raised to the staff they did nothing about ... Not even a sorry The store is overpriced and top up(charged extra) portions are so small you might not be able to tell that you took a top up unless you look for them . The place is entirely avoidable and I wish baskin robbibs would shut this franchise A nightmare of an experience that left me terribly dissapointed . BASKIN ROBBINS NEVER AGAIN.

Had been here with a colleague as we were in a mood for a treat in the hot afternoon after eating our home packed food for lunch. For a brand like Baskin Robbins the place looked pretty dazed and uneventful. The staff were also jaded and service was slow. The icecream flavours even though fancy sounding liked the warm rich taste usually associated with this treat. In the recent past my preference has moved to Dinshaw's (In Andhra ) and Arun (In tamilnadu) from Kwality walls , and seems like Baskin Robbins will add up to my reject list. The flavouring I opted for was Coffee and Butterscotch , though coffee was ok , butterscotch was way below my expectations and the topping did not help salvage the taste.
