Today along with my family we did dining at BBQ Tnagar Mr.Chanchal did wonderful service.I have never seen such a wonderful Person in any other restaurants.

So I visited T Nagar outlet yesterday for my brothers birthday and due to rain and traffic I couldn’t make it in time.the girl at the reception was rather rude saying I need to vacate the table in an hour or so cos I was late.when I inquired whether would you impose such restrictions to a walk in customer(which they certainly can’t,so why me when I had pre booked 24 hrs earlier and the resto wasnt full ) she said she needs the table.ok I understand I was late but there is a much better way of saying things with a better tone.finally we had lunch and my rating was a happy 5.Do you know Why,cos the staffs and the ppl catering was jus so good. Very customer friendly and my rating for the restaurant was only for them.For smiling and serving 🤗else I was planning a 0 for the experience.Well Done!And I loved the Birthday cheers for my Bro🤗

Yesterday(10-08-2018), we went for dinner with 9 members it was a worst experience for us ... Service members were polite but they catered very slow and we had to literally wait for 10 mins for each refilling in the grill. Few starters were missed and only on looking from other tables that they were served as part of the buffet, which is very worrisome. Since they were in a hurry few of starters were served almost raw. Live counters were over-crowded, orders were poorly taken and were not delivered at all.
