First time here. It was ok. Not my style of biryani. Wasn't spicy , though the kathirikai gravy was so awesome. Less pieces of chicken / mutton and more rice. I think they use less soda.. I could eat the whole biryani without much fuss. Overall a good eat but could have been better. parking is attrocious !!

We went to had a lunch with bunch of guys. Cannot say this as Briyani aslo . No Masala, Not spicy, It was just like plain rice. When we raised our concern, Waiter said that this is the regular taste and didn't even bothered about it. After a hectic argument waiter accepted that they received less Masala so briyani is like this. Basically I am from vellore, I have been to all STAR Briyani outlet in Ambur and also in and around chennai(Kottivakkam,potheri,kanchipuram,etc). Everywhere they are maintaining the authentic taste but not STAR Velachery this time. If you need the authentic Ambur taste try another outlet not Valechery. "Note: Vellore dog will not even sniff this Briyani. Such a worst experience this time..." Very much disappointed. Cannot give less than 1 star. So giving 1 star.  What is the Manager or Management is even doing???....... Did not even want to comment about the Tandoori. Since the restaurant is full,They were hurrying up and it was half cooked. we complained about it, The waiter took the tandoori pieces which we ate partially ,re-cooked and came back with same(disgusting behavior).

One of the worst hotels i have ever seen. 10 of our friends went to the hotel and everyone was sad on selecting this hotel. Briyani was like Road side briyani with excess of water in it. Even Roadside briyani will taste good. Tandoori was not fully boiled and it was with some bad raw smell. Please dont prefer velachery briyani. Simply waste

Biryanilicious🍲 is the word and in authentic Ambur style of Cuisine delicious taste & quality with a pleasing ambience in a fairly busy location We were served in traditional way(Banana leaf) 🌱serves Chettinad Style South Indian food. The waiters were invited us with a big smile🤩 For starters we had! Prawns 65: which is deliciously deep fried🍤 with the spices It was spicy, crispy and hot 🔥accompanied with lemon 🍋and onion Drumstick chicken : which was classic, the right amount of spices are mixed and fried 🍗to perfection accompanied with lemon 🍋 and onion Chicken Leg Fry: they are deep fried 🍗by marinating with various masalas which is tasty crunchy and delicious 😋 chicken served with lemon 🍋 and onion For main course we had! Chicken Biryani - Seeraga Samba rice 🥘well cooked with authenticity has a good flavour of spices Aww taste😋. 2 pieces of chicken, 🍗Their Briyani is fantabulous but very sad part is the quantity is less and no egg 🥚and served with Raitha and Gravy🍲. The waiter were attentive and service overall was good!
