Today I had a bitter experience in Adyar Bakery at Medavakkam. Usually I visit there once in 2 months or so. This time I found they have moved the bakery to next block which seems to be a size of a small room that I don't like. When I ordered a chocolate cake for my son, he found that it was bit harder than usual. I have asked for refund or cancel the order but the staff said the boss won't accept it. I would never buy cakes in this bakery in future.

I visited here around 11:00am and at that time only few stale products were there. I tried Chocolate Doughnut. It was a bit oily but the taste was ok. Next time I want to try other fresh products.

This outlet is the closest to my house. Love their puffs and cakes. They also have mini pizzas and burgers, they taste okay. The prices are very affordable.

The rating is for the service and not the products. The cakes and breads are good, however the staff are terrible. They never seem to be interested in selling anything and seem lethargic. I once asked for a bill and had to wait a long time till the staff fiddled with the billing device, finally writing the bill on a piece of paper. Also - Please remove the "Air conditioned" tag from Zomato. The place does not have AC.

This is a small outlet which has fresh puffs, samosas and rolls as well as items like pastry, cakes, bread ,sweet ,and savory items. I am a big fan of their veg puffs and samosas but as days goes by the size is reducing and prices have increased. You get them very fresh. The staff could get training for customer care as they lack energy and has big time attitude.
