Aasife the name itself gets trendy for the signature mutton biriyani when we ordered that they told us it was finished and we got disappointed then we ordered chicken biriyani ,prawn curry and somneta door chicken starters food was below average service was the big drop no response from any staffs will never visit aasife any more

How to ruin your weekend? Go to "The World's Best Biriyani" at Koyembedu.  I went here for Sunday lunch with my cousins. I regret suggesting this place. Horrible food and service. Least they could have done is giving us clean plates. Creepiest place. On top of it, they gave us half-cooked food :(   Been to Ashok Nagar branch quite a lot of times and never ever had such a disgusting experience like this. Good customer service. I can rate them 4 easily.  Orderwise review:Chicken fry - Tough and overcooked. Prawn BBQ - Beyond spicy Madurai mutton varuval - spoilt taste and smell And they took forever to get us the main course after this. 30 minutes. Unacceptable. When asked their reply was usual bullshit - "Sunday", "crowded". Why are certain restaurants never ready for Sundays?  As and when the ordered dishes arrived, we had to smell it before eating it. Prawn biryani - Prawn were half cooked.  Smelled like a raw prawn. Mutton Gravy - Super salty. Vanjaram Fish fry - Was edible. Mughalai biriyani - Only relief.  Chicken biriyani - Not the pieces may be the rice.  Thank God we returned Prawn biriyani. But still, we wasted a lot of food because of its quality and taste :(  This branch is running Aasaife's brand name dragging it to the mud. Why there is no ZERO/NEGATIVE RATING? 1. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.  2. FOOD WAS PATHETIC.  3. POOR ATTITUDE.  Dear Aasife, sincere request. Don't call yourself "World's Best Biriyani" if you are unable to maintain the consistency at every branch.
