A Tiring Thursday evening post-work, my husband and I decided to celebrate the pre-weekend vibes by dining at The Beer Cafe. What left my husband and me bewildered was the revamped and much improved interiors of the cafe. Lush green indoor plants with comfy seating was what was difderent along with graffitti-clad walls. Our server Sandeep directed us to our tables. We ordered a corona and hoeegarden for drinks. Coming to food, we ordered a 3 dishes: -Veg Platter that included seekh kebab, dahi ke kebab, spring rolls and paneer tikka. I loves veg seekh kebab, spring rolls and paneer tikka. However, dahi ke Kebab could have been less oily and more flavoured. -Next Came the Tandoori Tikka or Chicken tikka, it was absolutely melt-in-mouth and loaded with drool-worthy flavours. Worth every penny spent and complimented the beers as well. -Lastly, we ordered Penne Arrabiata. It was basic, no fuss, comfort food and best part it had no veggies so we thoroughly enjoyed it. For some that can be the dampener. If you are not into tangy flavours, then you might not like it. However, we enjoyed it thoroughly. All in All, the experience of a thursday date night at The new and improved The Beer Cafe was amazing. It is definitely the best bet when it comes to spending a chill evening with your friends. Place is good to spend time. Not much crowdy. Food is good. Would like to rate it 3.5. Corn bhel chat was delicious but veg seekh kabab was jus ok.

After a horrible horrible experience at playground right next door, we headed out to beer cafe. We ordered chicken and cheese balls with a couple of beer based drinks. The staff gave us the regular drinks menu. We had to ask for the beer based drinks menu and then we were given one. Earlier they used to have plenty of options for the beer based drinks and that is what attracted me, a non-beer lover to this place. I had the crazy nuts drink which was delicious and cold. It immediately set the right mood. This experience has made sure that Beer Cafe would be my go-to places in this city when I simply want to hang out with friends. The food was great and the ambience was lovely. The staff was extremely courteous.
