It was my second visit to Fun factory, exactly after an year, on the occasion of friend's son birthday. Undoubtedly, one of the best places for kids to have unlimited fun in the form of play area. Loved the interiors, which were different from my last visit. Another plus point is neon lights dance floor and pool area. Coming to the food, they have surely improved upon its quality. The snacks honey chilli cauliflower, grilled paneer, spinach rolls were delicious and fresh. Lassagna and lemon butter fish were tasty as well. No complaints with the food, however I feel staff is little slow in serving. Another thing which I disliked is presence of small mosquito like flies over the food, it just takes away all the charm. Hope the management is listening and would take some action on it.

We came here by purchasing a Groupon's deal,we had no idea this Second Cup is a children's Play Hub,it was a nostalgic feeling being there, to be back in Childhood era. We got a Pizza n Pasta n Ice Tea,they all were somewhat different in taste n i'd like to remind you that this is Children's place n food tastes the same like it was made for lil' children,it was different but nice. A Nice Experience being there as an adult, for Children it might be a Heavenly!

Blah!

I wish I could give this place a good rating but my last visit was just DISAPPOINTING!! While I sat there waiting for a friend for about 20 minutes, nobody even bothered to ask me if I wanted water. I asked for the menu after sitting there for 10 minutes but nobody cared to even ask if I would like to orders something. It was only after I got up and asked the manager/ guy at the counter that they actually realised that I was there for food too, and not just to let the kids play in the play area (though the fact that I was sitting in the dining area should have been a pretty clear hint!) The food took its time, even though there were only 4 other women there in total, and it was far from good. The Caesar Salad was drenched in too much dressing, the penne arabiatta was super spicy despite the fact that we had specifically asked them to make sure it isn't spicy as we wanted the kids to eat it, and the spaghetti in white sauce was bland and heavy. The only thing good was the cucumber drink that we ordered which was actually nice and refreshing (but too overpriced I would say) Its a good place to catch up if you have kids along as they can play while you eat and chat but I do feel that the staff needs lessons in service and the food needs a lot of improvement. I also feel that the food is quite overpriced.
